What should I do if my jewel is damaged or brocken ?

First of all, we recommend you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made. If this is the e-shop, please send us an email to contact@hirschell.fr or call us on 06 80 42 51 60.

We offer a free repair service for one year from the purchase date on presentation of proof of purchase. This service is offered on condition that the deterioration of the jewel to be linked to the natural wear and tear and / or a manufacturing defect.

After this warranty period, our after-sales service will offer you a paid repair if it is possible. An estimate will be made, which will be submitted for acceptance before any repair.

What is the procedure for the service ?

If your purchase was made on the e-shop, please send us your jewel with proof of purchase (it can be downloaded from My account> history and details of my orders) at the following address :

If your jewelry was not bought on the e-shop, we invite you to contact the retailer where the purchase was made. 

After expertise of our workshop, we’ll be able to tell you the time and the cost of the needed repair.
